“Brocade” decorative blend is used as a decorative sprinkle for finishing rolls and bread. The main ingredient of the decorative blend is corn grits which make bread look attractive and tasty. In addition, the blend includes: flaxseeds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. “Brocade” presents itself ideally both on corn and wheat rolls as well as on bread loaves.
