Being specially squeezed oat or rye seeds, cornflakes can primarily be used as sprinkle for oat bread or rye bread or any other bread type. The cornflakes do not crumble, which helps to obtain an aesthetic surface of, for example, oat rolls or rye wholemeal bread.
