It is intended for baking of attractively tasting and looking wheat bread. The blend consists of such ingredients as husked rye and wheat, sunflower seeds, corn grits, oats, flaxseeds, coarsely ground soybeans, sesame seeds. It should be added to flour in the proportion of 1:4.
