The herb concentrate is offered in two versions: “Herb bread” and “Herb rolls”. Apart from flour and salt these concentrates contain: sunflower and sesame seeds, flaxseeds, nettle leaf, horsetail, hawthorn blossom, elder blossom, lime blossom. These herbs give bread an attractive taste and aroma distinguishing it from other bread loaves and rolls.
