The concentrate is used for production of tasty rye and wheat bread with a high content of rye wholemeal flour. The rye leaven the concentrate naturally contains not only allows for omitting the time-consuming acid/leaven preparation stage, but also enhances the crumb colour as well as bread taste and aroma. The concentrate is mixed with flour in the proportion 1:1.
