The mixture is used for fast production of original multigrain bread . In the concentrate, apart from already known and valuable products as sunflower grain, linseed, oat flakes, hulled cereal grains, there are also: malted rye and barley, natural dry rye leaven, as well as broken soybeans and corn grits. An addition of dark malted rye and natural dry rye leaven of characteristic taste causes that crumb of bread produced with the use of the concentrate is very tasty. The blend is added to flour in the proportion 1:1.
