The concentrate "Spicy cake" is designed for production of a wide range of gingerbread and spicy cakes of unique flavour such as: spicy bottoms with jam or cream, sliced cake, gingerbread pound cake whose spicy flavour can be enriched by, for example, an addition of nuts.
The products baked with the concentrate are characterized by delicate and moist brown crumb.
The dough made with the concentrate is stable and can be prepared long before baking.
