The concentrate is used for fast preparation of yoghurt dough which may be used for the baking of various kinds of pound cakes and pies with, for example, fruit, cocoa, pudding cream, etc. Fruits laid on dough do not immerse into it during baking but they remain on the surface. Products made from the Yoghurt mix  concentrate are characterized by delicious flavour and aroma, delicate texture, good slicing properties, high crumb moisture, extended freshness.
