The Cremix confectionery cream concentrate is used for fast and easy preparation of cream in every confectionery. Cremix is a light, fluffy cream for interspersing layers of cakes, layer cakes’ decoration, and for filling e.g. cream puffs and éclairs.
The cream may be whipped with the addition of flavour paste, alcohol, yoghurt, coffee, cocoa, etc. The cream to be used for filling biscuits is prepared by joining Cremix with blancmange type cream. When used for layer cakes or layer cake biscuits, it is recommended to add gelatine to the cream or stabilizer to cream. Cremix cream is freezing-proof.
