“Pomeranian pizza sauce” is a powdered tomato sauce concentrate used for preparing tasty cold tomato sauce. The main ingredients of “Pomeranian pizza sauce”  are: powdered dried tomatoes and special herbs and spices blend containing garlic, basil and oregano. To prepare the sauce, mix the concentrate with water in the proportion 1:5 using a handheld stick. The sauce prepared this way is ready to eat or pre-bake on pizza bottoms or French bread pizza bottoms.
