The “Artisan Pomeranian Ice-cream”  concentrates are used for production of craft container ice-cream. They are produced in three versions as: AKO “100” sorbet base – for production of sorbets (dosing – 100g for 1l of water).

AKO “100” milk base – for production of milk ice-cream (dosing – 100g for 1l of milk and cream together), AKO “250” milk base – for production of milk ice-cream (dosing – 250g for 1l of water or a mix of water and milk). The base contains coconut oil.
