Concentrate of Pomeranian Ice-cream "Twisted" is intended for production of the so-called “American” ice-cream, which as opposed to traditional ice-cream of "soft" type, is characterised by not being aerated, being cool and hard, which enhances its specific taste and consistency. Special automata are used for production of this ice-cream*), which enable to freeze ice-cream mass in very low temperatures (even up to -12°С).The concentrate is mixed with water in the proportion of 1:2. We offer the ice-cream in the following flavours: cream, vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, coconut, blackberry, lemon and orange.
