The powdered ice-cream concentrate is intended for direct production of ice-cream mixes without the addition of eggs. The technology of producing ice-cream consists in mixing the concentrate with water in proportion 1:3 and leaving the mix for 15 minutes to thicken. The ice-cream mix prepared this way is suitable for production of soft ice-cream served from an automated machine which may (but do not need to) undergo pasteurization.
POMERANIAN ICE – CREAM concentrate is available in the following tastes: base (neutral), vanilla, creamy, vanilla-cream, “Blue Almonds”, toffee, strawberry, “Jogotwist” (yoghurt, mango, peach), blueberry, chocolate, cactus, lemon, “Marumba” (orange, mango, brandy), raspberry.
